Thursday Evening Cocktail Party (Sold Out)

Sponsored by Mentor Graphics This is the premier event for the HDL Conference. This popular event is a tradition at the conference for attendees to have hors d’oeuvres and drinks while mingling with peers and exhibitors. Your company may select the theme, food and drink, and we will handle the arrangements and coordinate the function for you. Entertainment is optional and can be arranged at additional expense.

Thursday Luncheon

This luncheon will be the grand opening of the 2001 Exhibit Hall. This luncheon can be a themed buffet of your companies choice. Your company can enhance the area with unique decorations. You may also place table tents, hang banners and/or offer promotional giveaways. Invite customers, clients and guests of your choice!! Be as creative as you would like.

Friday Luncheon

This is the closing luncheon for the conference where the presentation for the Best Paper Award will occur. This is a very prestigious event and will give your company the chance to be greatly involved and have a high level of visibility at the conference. You may choose the menu, select décor, hang company banners and offer various promotional items. Sponsoring this luncheon is an optimal way to promote your company!

Conference Bag (Sold Out)

Sponsored by Model Technology Each attendee will receive a conference bag. The sponsoring company along with the conference have exclusive logo rights on the conference attendee bag. You may choose the style, size and color of the bag to fit your budget. The conference bags represent an excellent opportunity to continue to reinforce your message even after the conference!

Thursday Afternoon & Friday Morning Coffee Breaks

Sponsored by Tech On-Line Coffee breaks are available for sponsorship. Each sponsor receives recognition at both morning and afternoon breaks.
