| On behalf of the DVCon 2004 Technical Program Committee we congratulate on your acceptance into the DVCon 2004 Technical Program.
DVCon wants to assist all speakers with their preparation for their final draft and their presentation at the conference. We have included a timeline to keep you up to date on important deadlines. You should have already submitted your draft paper to the Program Chair for review. If not, please submit your paper to sbailey@model.com as soon as possible. On January 15, 2004 your final draft is due to the proceedings publisher. There is a checklist and instructions of how to submit your final draft. In addition, the copyright form is due as well. DVCon has included a Presentation Template to assist you with your presentation preparation for the conference. Speakers at DVCon are entitled to a $150 discounted registration fee.
