Press Registration:


DVCon 2010 media credentials guidelines:

Please submit your request and the following documentation for the type of press registration you require for DVCon 2010.  Please send this correspondence to Barb Benjamin, Publicity/Marketing Chair at barbara@hipcom.com 
DVCon has three press categories:

  1. Traditional Press
  2. Corporate Bloggers
  3. Independent Publishers

Traditional Press: 
Reporters and editors from magazines, newspapers, trade publications, and wire services. Provide a business card and a current masthead that includes your name or an original letter of assignment.  Traditional Press will receive complimentary full conference and access to all sponsored tutorials. 

Corporate Bloggers:
Employees of EDA and semiconductor companies who write blog posts of interest to these industries. Show that the blog has been in existence for at least three months and contains original, dated industry-focused editorial content, posted at least once a month, with an RSS subscription rate of at least 75, or more than 250 unique visitors per month.  Corporate Bloggers will have access to the press room at DVCon.  All DVCon registration fees will apply.

Independent Publishers:
Bloggers and content contributors who are not affiliated with traditional press or corporations. For bloggers, show that the blog has been in existence for at least three months and contains original, dated industry-focused editorial content, posted at least once a month, with an RSS subscription rate of at least 75, or more than 250 unique visitors per month. For content contributors, provide at least one bylined article published within the last six months.  Independent Publishers will have access to the press room at DVCon.  Scholarships are available for complimentary full conference registration.  Please contact Barb Benjamin for details.
