Exhibitor Ad Specifications - DEADLINE: January 20, 2009.

Be sure to follow these guidelines when preparing your ad(s) for the Final Program/Exhibit Guide. Note the following details in preparing your ad. NO OTHER FORMAT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

COLORS:
The Final Program will be two colors, Red (PMS 186) and BLACK. The book will be printed on white paper. Cover Ads will be created using 4-color process printing.

FORMAT:
Provide a MAC formatted zip disk or CD with all artwork and fonts supplied (an EPS, High Resolution PDF or Quark 6.5 document is preferred).

For a FULL PAGE ad, with full bleed, text should be contained inside an 8" x 5" horizontal area. Trim size of the book will be 8.5" x 5.5". If your ad bleeds, provide a bleed of 1/8" past 8.5" x 5.5" trim size.

Prices are not permitted in any advertisements.
