Deadline for any changes to spelling or affiliations related to your panel. You MUST contact the DVCon Office by this date in order for the changes to be published in the Final Program.

Final Panel Guidelines:

Organizers:
As the Panel Organizer, you are responsible for coordinating the activities of your panelists. This includes:
·   Determining how the coverage of material will be divided among presenters
·   Making sure the presenters prepare their notes in time for you to meet all deadlines
·   Reviewing presenter’s notes for content and quality

Panelists:

Make sure to communicate regulary with your Panel Organizer. It is also exteremely imporant to communicate any changes to the DVCon Office as soon as possible. Visit Talk PrepSlide Prep, and At DVCon for more helpful tips.
 
Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by December 13, 2012. If you have any questions, please contact the Registration Coordinator, Nannette Jordan.

Visas:
U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States. More information regarding travel visas can be found here.
