Jan. 26, 2012 | PowerPoint/PDF presentations are due to you from speakers in your session. You will receive a link where you will be able to download and view all of the preliminary presentations for review. Comments on the presentations that are to be communicated to the speakers should be handled offline via email between yourself and the speakers. Comments should entail constructive criticism and assist the speaker to enhance the quality of their presentation. |
Feb. 7, 2012 | Speaker Bios are due from the speakers to the DVCon Office. The bios will then be compiled and emailed to you. These are the bios that you will use to introduce the speakers in your session at DVCon. |
Feb. 9, 2012 | Deadline to provide feedback (via email) to the speakers in your session on their final presentations for DVCon. |
Feb. 27, 2012 | Conference begins! Good luck! |
| Feb. 27 - Mar. 1, 2012 | Meet the presenters in your session inside the session room 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. There is no speakers' breakfast this year. |

Speakers' Final Research Paper Guidelines: Minimum/Maximum Page Requirements - Final paper must be eight pages in length for regular paper presentation and four pages in length for poster-only presenters. Presenters are entitled to a discounted full-conference registration fee. Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by December 13, 2012. If you have any questions, please contact the Registration Coordinator, Nannette Jordan. U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required. Thus, it is recommended that you check to be sure your visa will allow entry to the United States.
