Nov. 7, 2011 | Deadline for Tutorial Organizers to send in details of the tutorial to the DVCon Office. Information must include: 300-500 word abstract (max), full name of all speakers/organizers with each person's affiliation and email address. |
Nov. 28, 2011 | All changes that are to be included in the Advanced Program due to the DVCon Office. The Tutorial Organizer should communicate these changes to the DVCon Office directly. |
Dec. 6, 2011 | Conference registration opens. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how and where to go to register. The email will be sent by Dec. 12. |
Dec. 7, 2011 | Check the DVCon website for your tutorial. Make sure all information listed is correct. Notify the DVCon Office with any changes immediately. |
Jan. 12, 2012 | Deadline to register. Contact Nannette Jordan with questions. |
Jan. 17, 2012 | Deadline for any changes to spelling or affiliations related to your proposal. You MUST contact the DVCon Office by this date in order for the changes to be published in the Final Program. |
Jan. 24, 2012 | Last day to reserve your hotel room at the special DVCon discounted rate! Click here to reserve your room. |
Jan. 26, 2012 | Presentations are due to the Tuturoial Chair for review. Submit your presentations directly to the Tutorial Chair, Stanley Krolikoski, stanleyk@cadence.com via email. |
| Feb. 2, 2012 | The last day to recieve feedback from the Tutorial Chair on your presentation. The Tutorial Chair will communicate with you directly via email. |
| Feb. 8, 2012 | Final tutorial presentation slides due to DVCon Office. |
Feb. 27, 2012 | Conference begins! Good luck! |
Mar. 1, 2012 | Conference closes - See you next year! |
Tutorial Notes / PowerPoint Slides: New this year! DVCon will distribute all tutorial slides via a USB drive to each tutorial registrant. To ensure consistent and professional appearance of all the tutorial slides, the following is required:

U.S. Embassies have been experiencing longer delays in the issuance of visas. Due to the increased security measures in the United States, an updated visa might be required.
