You will receive continuous feedback from Technical Program Committee members.

All feedback and implemented changes must be compelted by January 28th.

Confirmation forms are due back to Lisa Roby in the DVCon Office. Fill out form through Adobe forms.

Draft poster DUE. Speaker Navigation Center Log In.
Feb. 17, 2015

You will receive feedback on your draft poster from your Session Chair.

Feb. 24, 2015

FINAL POSTER DUE. If you make updates before your presentation, make sure to upload the new file and overwrite what you have already submitted. All files in the database on March 6, 2015 will be considered FINAL and will be published on the DVCon website history.

Poster Set-Up Date and Time:

Monday, March 2, 4:00pm - Tuesday, March 3, 9:00am
Gateway Foyer, 2nd Floor

Poster Presentation:

Tuesday, March 3: 10:00am-12:30pm 
Gateway Foyer, 2nd Floor

Poster Tear Down:

Wednesday, March 4 by 5:00pm


Registration instructions will be sent to the presenters by January 12, 2015. If you have any questions, please contact the Registration Coordinator, Nannette Jordan.
