Stuart Sutherland Best Paper & Best Poster Award - Voting

Voting for the 2025 Stuart Sutherland Best Paper & Best Poster Awards will occur via the Conference App (CONFlux). 

Voting Instructions: 

1. Visit the Conference App or https://client.conflux.events
2. To vote, navigate to any presentation and rate the paper on a scale of 1 to 5
3. All votes must be completed by February 26th at 5:05 PM PT to be tallied.
4. Awards will be announced at the Best Paper Presentation/Award Ceremony on February 26th at 6 PM in the Bayshore Ballroom.
    

How will the winners be calculated?

1. Round 1: Total votes regardless of rating determine the presentations selected for the next round. The presentations with the 10 most votes move on to the second round.
2. Round 2: Calculate the average rating for each presentation from the first round. The award recipient(s) will be the presentation with the highest average rating.

**At least one author of the paper is required to be present at the awards ceremony to receive the award in person.
