  • Email distributions are available year-round, subject to scheduling and availability. To secure a distribution, sponsors must schedule in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Show management will handle the distribution to the DVCon U.S. mailing list, and sponsors must provide the email and social media content at least five days prior to the confirmed send date.

If for any reason beyond DVCon’s control, DVCon determines that DVCon must be cancelled, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that DVCon will use its best efforts to provide a refund on registration fees paid to it by Participant. If, despite using its best efforts, DVCon is not able to provide a full refund of registration fees due to its losses incurred in connection with the cancellation or change to the DVCon Show, DVCon may retain a portion of the registration fees paid to it by Participant and will refund to Participant the remaining balance of registration fees paid to it by Participant.

Based on the refund schedule below, the portion of credit that you will receive for the amount of space reduced will be applied to the total amount due for the smaller space. Furthermore, cancellation of any portion of this contract by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of The Management and again only based on the following schedule.

After December 11, 2026, but before January 4, 2027 – 50% of the total amount paid as of the date of cancellation. After January 4, 2027, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. In the case of a merger, payments received will be transferred to the parent company. However, a 50% administrative charge based on the booth licensing fee of the merged company will be assessed. This clause will remain in effect through January 4, 2027. After that date, the parent company will not receive any payment credits accrued by the acquired company. The Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to indemnify The Management for the loss of any sales, present or future, which may result from the cancellation or reduction of space.

DVCon reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors).

The views expressed by any attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of DVCon. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporate presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.
