Voting for the 2026 Stuart Sutherland Best Paper & Best Poster Awards will occur via the Conference App (CONFlux). 

Voting Instructions: 

  • Visit the Conference App at https://conflux.events/download/   
  • To vote, navigate to any paper and rate it on a scale of 1 to 5
  • All poster presentation votes must be completed by Tuesday, March 3rd, at 1:00 PM PST
  • All slide presentation votes must be completed by Wednesday, March 4th, at 5:10 PM PST
  • Awards will be announced at the Best Papers Award Ceremony on Wednesday, March 4th, at 6 PM in the Exhibit Hall.

How will the winners be calculated?

  1. Round 1: The total votes, regardless of rating, determine which presentations are selected for the next round. The presentations with the 10 most votes move on to the second round.
  2. Round 2: Calculate the average rating for each presentation from the first round. The award recipient(s) will be the presenter (s) with the presentation that receives the highest average rating.

**At least one author of the paper is required to be present at the awards ceremony to receive the award in person.
