Invitation Letter
IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees. Attendees must purchase an All-Access or One-Day pass to be eligible to receive an invitation letter (free exhibits-only passes are not eligible unless your company is an exhibitor).
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact Conference Management by email: lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com.
In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend DVCon U.S. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.
Please note that registration refunds are not guaranteed once an Invitation Letter has been issued.
