Voting for the 2024 Stuart Sutherland Best Paper & Best Poster Awards will occur via the Conference Web App (CONFlux).
Voting Instructions:
- Visit the Conference Web App or https://dvcon-us2024.conflux.events/
- To vote, navigate to any presentation and rate the paper on a scale of 1 to 5
- All votes must be completed by March 6th at 4:35 PM PT to be tallied.
- Awards will be announced at the Best Paper Presentation/Award Ceremony on March 6th at 5 PM in the Bayshore Ballroom.
How will the winners be calculated?
- Round 1: Total votes regardless of rating determine the presentations selected for the next round. The presentations with the 10 most votes move on to the second round.
- Round 2: Calculate the average rating for each presentation from the first round. The award recipient(s) will be the presentation with the highest average rating.
**At least one author of the paper should be present at the awards ceremony to receive the award in person.
